Helena Duggan

Helena Duggan is a middle grade author from Ireland. Her debut novel, A PLACE CALLED PERFECT was published by Usborne in August 2017. It was Waterstones Book of Month and nominated for Waterstones Children’s Book prize, it was also chosen as one of ten books in WHSmith’s Tom Fletcher Book Club and won the CrimeFest Children’s Crime Novel of the Year. THE TROUBLE WITH PERFECT, part two in the Perfect series, published with Usborne in September 2018, and was followed by book three, THE BATTLE FOR PERFECT, in 2019. The first book in her most recent series, THE LIGHT THIEVES, was published in 2022 and the third and final instalment in the series was published in 2024.
