Steve White

Steve White worked for UK police force for twelve years, and has an MA in Creative Writing from Nottingham Trent University. He now lives in Queensland, Australia.

Steve has written novels for over twenty-five years. HERMIT, which published with Headline in 2020, was the first in a crime series starring detective Dana Russo. It was followed by PRISONER in September 2021. Steve’s most recent book, RED DIRT ROAD (Headline, 2022), was an international bestseller. His latest book, WHITE ASH RIDGE, was published by Headline in 2024.
