Sue Fortin is a USA Today bestselling author, whose psychological thriller THE GIRL WHO LIED reached #1 in the Amazon UK Kindle chart. She is also the author of SISTER, SISTER, THE DEAD WIFE, SCHOOLGIRL MISSING, THE BIRTHDAY GIRL, THE HALF TRUTH, and CLOSING IN. She has also published a romance novel, UNITED STATES OF LOVE, and her APPLEWICK VILLAGE MYSTERY series includes DEATH AT APPLEWICK SCHOOLHOUSE and DEATH AT APPLEWICK MANOR.

Since 2021, she has been writing historical romance as Suzanne Fortin, and has so far published THE FORGOTTEN LIFE OF ARTHUR PETTINGER, ALL THAT WE HAVE LOST, BEYOND A BROKEN SKY, and THE DANCE TEACHER OF PARIS. Her next historical romance, THE LOST DRESSMAKER OF PARIS, was published in July 2023.

Sue was born in Hertfordshire but had a nomadic childhood, eventually settling in West Sussex. Sue is married with four children, and when not writing she likes to spend her time with family enjoying both the coast and the South Downs.
