A pioneering force in the global creative and media industries, former BBC executive Terry Jervis has had a long career defined by overcoming the odds, including most recently, surviving his stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Having worked with global organisations like Rolls Royce, Royal Air Force, Marvel and Motown, he provides essential insight into the power of adaptability, and the value of social and cultural inclusion.

Terry was the youngest Head of Department in BBC history, at age 27, producing flagship programmes across news, documentary, drama, and animation. His content reached over 4.5 billion viewers worldwide. From Top Gear to The Queen’s Jubilees, Millennium Day Broadcast and the Olympic Games, to The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, The Big Breakfast, and Hotel Babylon, Terry has helped create and shape iconic media moments that have gone on to define pop culture.

Terry now works in consulting and advisory roles, this work has spanned NASA, ESA, defence, energy, automotive, and high entertainment sectors, delivering strategy, storytelling, and public engagement at the highest level.
