Erin Meryl McGurk is a student, creator, and Y Combinator-backed founder who believes the internet should make people more curious, not less. She shares ideas from neuroscience, mathematics, philosophy, technology, and economics with an audience of more than 850,000 people across social media who follow along to learn something new every day. She is the co-founder of Egoist Machines, where she is building efficient machine learning infrastructure to unlock the next generation of consumer AI applications. Raised in South Manchester before studying Land Economy at the University of Cambridge, Erin has always been driven by one question: why?
